THE BASICS

What is Meta Ads?

Meta Ads are paid placements managed through Meta’s advertising tools across eligible platforms and placements. Unlike paid search, which often responds to an active query, social advertising can introduce an offer before someone is searching for it.

WHAT WE DO

What’s included?

These are the areas we can help with. We agree on what your business needs before starting the work.

01

Audience and offer planning

Define who the offer is for, what problem it addresses and which campaign objective matches the desired action. Use customer insight to guide the message.

02

Creative concepts and testing

Develop messaging and creative directions for the agreed formats. Compare specific hooks, explanations and calls to action to learn what earns relevant attention.

03

Lead and landing page journeys

Choose an appropriate destination, such as a lead form or website page. Review qualification questions, message consistency and the handoff to your sales process.

04

Measurement and retargeting

Review applicable conversion events, attribution limits and consent requirements. Use retargeting only where eligible audiences, permissions and the business case support it.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Ads that explain the offer and attract the right response.

The right social ad depends on what you sell and how customers decide. We plan the message, creative and next step together, then use enquiry or purchase feedback to improve the work.

THE PROBLEM

Forms arrive, but many people are outside your service area, want a different job or never respond.

WHAT WE DO

Make the service, location and offer explicit in the ad. Choose a suitable form or landing page, ask useful qualification questions and agree how the team will respond.

The result we work towards

The aim is fewer mismatched enquiries and more conversations your team can act on. A clear offer also helps customers know what to expect before they contact you.

How we check: Suitable enquiries, contact rate, booked appointments and the cost of acquiring them.

THE PROBLEM

An attractive ad earns attention, but shoppers do not understand why the product suits them or hesitate at the product page.

WHAT WE DO

Show the product in use and address the questions that affect a purchase. Test specific messages and formats, then review the product page, delivery information and checkout journey.

The result we work towards

Help more interested shoppers make an informed purchase. Build the next creative test from what customers respond to rather than simply producing more designs.

How we check: Attributable purchases, acquisition cost and revenue, checked against margins and returns where available.

Follow up with interested audiences

    Introduce the product

Show what you sell and who it suits.

  2. 02

  3. 03

    Invite a return visit

Give interested people a clear next step when they are ready.

    Return to the store ↗

THE PROBLEM

Some visitors need more information before buying, but seeing the same sales message repeatedly does not answer their concerns.

WHAT WE DO

Where audience eligibility and permissions allow, use follow-up ads that address common objections, demonstrate the service or explain the next step. Refresh creative as the audience’s needs change.

The result we work towards

Give interested people a useful reason to return. Keep the message relevant rather than treating every previous visitor as ready to buy.

How we check: Returning customer actions and acquisition cost, with attention to repeated exposure and attribution limits.

PRACTICAL INDUSTRY EXAMPLES

Different businesses.
Different priorities.

These examples show how we would tailor the work. The final recommendation depends on your business, starting point and budget.

CREATIVE TESTING

Find the message that earns a useful response.

Two ads can show the same product and lead to different conversations. Start with a clear question, change one main element and compare the quality of the response.

CONCEPT B / PLANNING FIRSTWhat’s on your list?Explore the range ↗

What would we test here?

Both concepts use the same photo and call to action. One leads with the product; the other starts with the customer’s weekly shopping task.

  1. Keep the offer consistent. Make the comparison about the headline.
  2. Check what happens next. Look at relevant enquiries or purchases alongside ad engagement.
  3. Use what we learn. Develop the next concept from the response, without assuming a winner in advance.

HOW WE WORK

How the work gets done.

  1. 01

    Understand the customer

Clarify the offer, objections, audience and what counts as a useful response. Review existing creative and lead feedback.

  2. 02

    Test the message

Launch an agreed set of creative and audience tests with appropriate conversion measurement and a defined budget.

  3. 03

    Improve the whole journey

Compare lead quality, creative response and follow-up outcomes. Refresh weak messages and develop the combinations that show useful signals.

MEASUREMENT

How we track results.

Evaluate qualified leads or attributable purchases, cost per acquisition and conversion rate. Review creative engagement as a diagnostic signal. Platform-reported conversions can differ from analytics or CRM records because attribution methods differ.

BEFORE WE START

What to share with us.

Bring examples of your offer, available brand assets, audience information and the way your team handles new enquiries. We can then identify the creative and tracking work needed before launch.

03 / COMMON QUESTIONS

More about
Meta Ads.

Are Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads the same service?

They are both managed within Meta’s advertising ecosystem. Placement and creative choices depend on your audience, objective and available assets rather than an assumption that every placement is equally useful.

Do we need new videos or images?

That depends on the offer and the quality of your existing assets. We review what is available and agree which creative formats need to be produced or adapted.

How do you address low-quality leads?

We review the offer, ad message, destination, qualification questions and follow-up process. A lower cost per form submission is not useful if the enquiries do not fit your business.

Can retargeting reach every previous visitor?

No. Audience eligibility depends on factors including consent, data availability, platform rules and audience size. We plan around those limits rather than assuming every visitor can be reached again.
